Let’s start with the checklist for a successful shoot:
– A classic Porsche (just one will do)
– A rug (one essential piece)
– Fairy lights (three strands, at least)
– Sparklers, champagne flutes, a bubbly substitute, tables, chairs, and various props
– Books. Lots of them. The more, the better.
The process involved a few days of preparation (2–3), the big day of the shoot, and a couple more days for post-production. I worked hard to find the right car, location, and props to make it all happen.
And about the champagne — let’s just say there wasn’t room in the budget for the real thing, so I had to get creative. Can you guess what we used as a champagne substitute? Hint: similar color, lots of bubbles. It was a Sprite drink.
