3 Points for a Successful Shoot for LinkedIn

1. What makes a business photo shoot successful? Honestly, it boils down to three things:

– A good mood
– 2-3 outfit options
– A cool location

A positive vibe makes the whole process so much easier and ensures you get more great shots. Changing outfits keeps things fresh and gives variety. And the right location? It’s not just a backdrop — it should tell a story about you as a professional.

2. Here’s how we made it work during a shoot with Victoria

In today’s noisy digital world, it’s tough to stand out. Many people try to build their personal brands, but few nail it. Victoria is one of the exceptions. Somehow, she balances a million things — conferences, masterclasses, a packed schedule — and still brings so much energy to everything she does.

Our goal for this shoot? Capture that fast-paced, dynamic vibe of her work life.

3. How to Nail an Office Photo Shoot

– Pick a few spots. For us, it was meeting rooms, lounges, and regular office desks.

– Plan your outfits. Mixing up clothes and expressions gives you more to work with later.

– Add a unique touch. That’s how we came up with the “Subscribe” signs — a playful nod to her role with YouTube creators.

Before the shoot, I put together a mood board (and included a few reference photos Victoria sent). One standout idea was a shot with hands reaching toward the subject. We reimagined it to reflect her work.

Sure, you can rent a studio, but sometimes your office is just as good — maybe even better. Meeting rooms, casual lounge areas, and even desks can all work. And with the right lighting, you can turn almost any setup into a professional-looking scene.

The result? A series of versatile photos Victoria is already using for her LinkedIn posts, each telling a slightly different story.
